The Newaygo County Road Commission processes all permits via an online-based permitting system called Oxcart Permits. We no longer process permits in person or via email. Any entity wanting to apply for a permit for Newaygo County must use the Oxcart permitting software. Registration is easy and can be completed on the Oxcart website.
